Condolence: Jeanne and I are sorry for your loss. Nick was a terrific man. One day while Nick and I were talking, I mentioned we were so busy at the shop that I didn't have time to go get pellets for our water softener. In the evening when we got home from work, there were 4 bags of pellets laying next to the garage door. A true friend indeed! I will never forget that day... If there were more people in this world like Nick,it would truly be a wonderful place.. May God grant you comfort at this time.

Condolence: To Judy and family....my sincere condolences in the loss of this wonderful man of whom I have many fond memories. I first met Nick in 1965 when I was a new hire at IBM East Fishkill and we became friends over the years. He always went out of his way to help people and respond to whatever the situation was. He even took time out of his busy schedule to video my Quarter Century Celebration for me because he knew how much it meant to me. He was always sure to invite me, among others, to the Emergency Control Annual Christmas Party, even though we did not work in his department. He was just that kind of person and I valued his friendship and his professionalism in doing his job at IBM -- a very important job -- a job he did extremely well. Always a gentleman, always wanting to help people, always such a nice man. That is how I shall remember him. Ironically, being one of the first people I met as a new hire, he was also one of the last people I saw when we both had our IBM exit interviews on the same day in 1992.
