Mark G. Staab, 54, of Holmes, NY died on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, NY. Mr. Staab worked at Lamothermic in Brewster, NY and Leigh High Landscaping.

Born on November 7, 1960 in Queens, NY he is the son of George Staab of Carmel, NY and the late Wilma Staab. On March 26, 1999 in Amenia, NY he married Linda LaCurto who survives at home. Mr. Staab was an avid collector of model trains and cars.

In addition to his mother and wife, Mr. Staab is survived by a son Cole Allen Staab of Lagrange, NY; a daughter, Katelyn Marie Staab of Holmes, NY and two sisters, Nicole Staab and her partner, Debra of Mahopac, NY and Debbie Witacher and her husband, Matt of Mahopac, NY. He is also survived by a nephew, Matthew Witacher.

Calling hours will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY.
