Condolence: The news of Speed's passing is bittersweet to me. I am sad that I will never again see his beautiful smile or have a nice chat with him, but I am happy that he has been reunited with his beloved Ann. He adored her, and she him. They were always such a fun loving couple! Ann loved to travel first class and Speed always made that happen! I enjoyed many good times with them. Ann took me under her wing when I was 14 and went to work at the DelaVergne Farms Hotel, so we had a long time friendship. God Bless you both! I am sure your are in the best five star hotel in heaven!

Condolence: We are so sorry to hear about Speed. As a teenager who lived near him I loved to see him restore old antique cars and in later years when he owned the Chateau we would have some great times. I left the area many years ago but I never will forget how he use to ask me how my family was and his friendliness that he showed to others. I will never forget him. RIP Speed.
