Lewis Wilson  Fink
Lewis Wilson Fink, 87, a resident of Dover Plains, NY, died on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT. Mr. Fink was a music teacher for the New York City Board of Education beginning in the early 1960’s and retiring in 1993. He also owned and operated the New Rochelle House of Music in New Rochelle, NY for over twenty years.

Born on July 6, 1931 in Greensburg, PA he was the son of the late William and Margaret (Conner) Fink. Mr. Fink proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Fink is survived by his daughter, Candida Fink of New Rochelle, NY; two sons, Joseph Fink of Los Angeles, CA and Rabbi Moshe Kalonymus Fink and his wife, Elana of Israel. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia Bair of Bowie, MD; a brother, David Fink of Greensburg, PA, brother Paul Fink of Pittsburgh, PA, and twelve grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Fink was predeceased by a sister, Judy Schlenke.

Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Burial will take place at 2pm on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Greensburg, PA.
