Judith A. Kurz, 71, an 11-year resident of Dover Plains, NY, previously of Bronx, NY, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013 at her home in Dover Plains. Born on September 11, 1941 in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frances and Dorothy (Meyer) Bohn. On January 23, 1963 she married Roger Kurz who survives at home.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Jill Swisher and her husband, Chris, of Dover Plains, NY and Susan Moein and her husband, Hossein, of Patterson, NY. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jamie and Kristen Swisher both of Dover Plains, NY and Darya Moein of Patterson, NY. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Peter Junta, Jr.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Burial will be private.
