Mary Kelly Fitzgerald, 54, “Peace at Last” passed away after a short illness on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, NY.

Born on December 16, 1959 in Albany, NY she is the beloved daughter of Jeanne M. (Smith) Fitzgerald of Loudonville, NY and the late Matthew L. Fitzgerald. Kelly was born and raised in Loudonville and resided in Latham before moving to South Salem and later Katonah. Kelly enjoyed equestrian riding.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her three daughters, Lindsay Elizabeth Downey of Loudonville, Gillian Michelle Barbieri and her husband, Matthew of Halfmoon and Hillary Ann Downey of Albany. Kelly is also survived by two brothers, Matthew L. Fitzgerald, Jr. and his wife, Denise of Loudonville and Daniel P. Fitzgerald of Chicago, IL; two sisters, Erin M. Burke and her husband, Michael of White Bear Lake, MN and Moria E. Manning and her husband, Robert of Loudonville and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. Pius X Church, 23 Crumitie Road, Loudonville, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Kelly may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church, 23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211.
