Dear Gloria & Family, I'm so very sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. He was such a great husband, father & friend. I have so many memories of him from school & growing up in Dover. Charlie was every girl's "dream boat" back in the day. He will surely be missed by everyone who knew him. May you all be comforted by your wonderful memories of him.
