Condolences

Condolence From: Janet Kelsey
Condolence: Dear Susie, Bob and family,
I was in Denver with Adam and family for a couple of weeks and read the Lakeville Journals I missed while away. I am so very sorry to learn of Billy's passing. I can only imagine the grief you are experiencing, having a son the same age. Billy left this earth much too young, of course, but reading all that he had done in his short life, one can see that he lived it well. I'm sure that your grief must be tempered with great pride for the young man you raised. Adam was very sad to hear this news and asked me to send him the obituary, which I did. He thought Billy was a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
sincerely,
Janet Kelsey

Condolence: Dear Suzie, Bob and family,
our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Please know that Billie will continue to live on in our memories. A large heart and gentle soul, cheerful and helpful to all that knew him. Our son Alex who had worked with him some years past at Macedonia and Kent Falls, remembers how generous and patient Billie was with him, and how much he enjoyed teaching and sharing his knowledge of nature. When we drive by the Kent Falls Park, we have watched the row of trees planted by Billie and Alex all these years back grow strong and standing tall.

God Bless you all.
Karin, Brad and Alex Smith

Condolence: I enjoyed working with Bill at Lake Waramaug for many years. He was always willing to help and was a really good guy. He checked on us in the office whenever he went by to make sure we were ok and if anything needed attention in the park. My condolences on your loss.
